Application of Taylor Harris on behalf of Action Technology Solutions for a rezoning from O/I, Office-Institutional and R1, Residential (low density) to R2, Residential for use as a townhome development located at 5284 Lawrenceville Hwy, District 6, Land Lots 146, Parcels 003, 036, and 042, containing 4.89± acres. 

New Business



Application of 733 Pleasant Hills Mall, LP for a Change in Conditions #1 and #5 of SUP-2017-01 to relocate within the property an approved auto and truck service center on approximately 24.74 acres of property zoned CB.  Property is located at 733 Pleasant Hill Rd, being in District 6, Land Lot 156, Parcel 164.
