LV-2023-01. Application by Ron Anglin for a variance to allow encroachment into the 50-foot and 75-foot stream buffer located in the rear of the property site for the development of a new single-family detached home. The property is located in District 6 at Land Lot 123, and Parcel 100 with an acreage of 0.93. The property is zoned R1 (Residential).
