Ratification of Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-01

Staff Recommendations:

Motion to ratify City of Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-01, an Order that temporarily closes or modifies certain businesses and mandates social distancing within the city limits from noon on March 25, 2020 until April 6, 2020 at noon.

Adoption of Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-02

Staff Recommendations:

Motion to approve City of Lilburn Emergency Order No. 2020-02, an Order that expands on the mandates imposed by Order No. 2020-01, directing residents to stay at their place of residence, non-essential businesses to close, and travel to be restricted to the conduct of essential activities only from midnight on March 27, 2020 until midnight on April 6, 2020.
