Text amendments to Article 7, Section 721 - Mobile Food Vending, Section 731 - Temporary Uses, and Article 12, Section 1204, Temporary Use Permits to address duration, frequency, and extent of each type of Temporary Use Permit, to allow limited mobile food vending, provide consistency between code sections and consider input from business owners to final staff recommendations.

Agenda Item No. 1 - Approval to ratify contract award with Amo Construction, LLC.

This project is for the next phase of splashpad improvement which includes another section of concrete, installation of shade structures and benches, and a small retaining wall. Precision Planning, Inc., assisted in conducting Informal Written Quote procedure, and Amo Construction was the company selected from this process. The contract amount is $53,000.00.
