Intergovernmental Agreement between Gwinnett County Water and Sewerage Authority and the City of Lilburn to provide utility improvements (Lilburn Industrial Way).

Staff recommends approval of the above-referenced Intergovernmental Agreement to jointly participate in improvements associated with Lilburn Industrial Way. Improvements include: Pavement rehabilitation/resurfacing, upgrade of a 60” stormwater culvert, water line upgrade/replacement, addition of sanitary sewer as well as sidewalks and curb repair. The City will manage the project and will receive reimbursement as outlined in the IGA.

Award of Bid - Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) – 2018 Webb Parkway and Ripple Water Run resurfacing

Bids were opened on Monday, July 23, 2018 for the repair and resurfacing of Webb Parkway and Ripple Water Run. Of the three (3) bids received, Dickerson Group was the low bidder ($169,919.00).

Award of Bid – P.I. No. 0010638 JACKSON CREEK TRAIL – COL# 8.1.2018

Staff seeks approval to award the above-referenced bid to ________________________ in the amount of $___________________________ pertaining to the Jackson Creek Trail project. This Transportation Enhancement Grant Funded project consists of 0.824 miles of clearing & grubbing, sidewalk, landscape and furniture fixtures, and installation of two pedestrian bridges along the south side of US 29 from Killian Hill Road to Postal Way. All references have been checked and __________________________ is qualified to provide the required work. Additionally, staff recommends as part of the motion, to include the award of bid to the next lowest responsible bidder (should the primary contractor default).
