Tree Lighting
Saturday, November 30, 2013
Join us as we welcome the holiday season with the lighting of the tree in front of City Hall. After the tree lighting, children are welcome to stay and listen to a variety of holiday stories. Entertainment will be provided and
coloring contest winners will be announced!
Canned goods are being collected for the
Lilburn Co-op and
Daffy's Pet Soup Kitchen. Donations may be brought to the event or dropped off at City Hall until the Lilburn Christmas Parade on Dec. 7.
In addition, the Lilburn Police Department is collecting unwrapped toys for pediatric cancer patients through Dec. 3. For A Day Foundation will use the gifts to lift the spirits of seriously and terminally ill children at Children's Heathcare of Atlanta hospitals. A box is in the City Hall lobby.
