The Bubbly Goat Wine Bar & Market opened its doors in Old Town on Aug. 15. The venue, located at 79 Main St., hosted its grand opening last weekend, Sept. 28, to a robust crowd.
Owners Maria Gubitosi, Alejandro Gubitosi and Adriana Raspino believe their eatery will prosper at its locale, given its unique offerings.
“We see great potential in Old Town Lilburn,” Maria Raspino said, “and we have lived in Lilburn for over ten years. We know that it is a great community.”
The counter service bar offers 10 on-tap wines, with notable standouts Mud House Sauvignon Blanc and Venta Morales Tempranillo. In the mood for a charcuterie board? Well, the “Old Town Board" offers a great selection of cheeses and meats that serves four to five people.
For take home wine purchases, one suggestion is the Trivento Malbecs, which are “outstanding,” Raspino said.
“Our concept is to have a modern but inviting space in Lilburn that offers a selection of wines from all over the world,” she said. “They can be enjoyed on the premises alongside charcuterie boards or purchased and taken home to enjoy.”
