PURPOSE OF MEETING
A special-called council meeting is needed to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the City whereby the City authorizes the use of stormwater fees to fund a change order to the DDA's contract with New South for deck construction.
