[ARCHIVED] Lilburn Spring Cleanup

Join us for the Spring Cleanup April 4, 9am to 12pm to drop off bulk trash and have confidential paper documents securely shredded and recycled. These most popular collections keep debris from reaching City of Lilburn waterways and support neighborhood beautification. 

Each vendor will have a drop-off station at the Lilburn City Hall-Library parking lot.

Please follow markers to drop off with one vendor at a time.


Bulk TrashWaste Management

  • Accepted items: Furniture, mattresses, box springs, bed frames, grills (no propane or charcoal), small miscellaneous items that do not fit in a normal trash can
  • Not accepted: appliances, bagged trash, yard waste, tires, fluorescent bulbs, batteries, paint/chemicals, construction material, oil, gas, propane or any combustible or flammable materials

 Paper Shredding Global Shredding & Record Storage

  • Accepted items: paper documents, paper with paper clips or small binder clips, newspapers, magazines, coupons/flyers, posters, bulk/junk mail
  • Not accepted: 3 ring binders, compact discs, hard cover books, cardboard, paper bound by jumbo binder clips
  • Limit of 10 standard, copy-paper size boxes per person. You may not leave any containers on site
  • Remain in your vehicle and they will unload the paper and return your boxes
  • For additional information regarding what type of paper is accepted contact 404-585-7384
  • Barring any unforeseen circumstances, paper will be shredded on site

No other items will  be accepted at this event.

For additional opportunities to dispose of items, Earth Day 2026 will be held by Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful at Gwinnett Place Mall on April 18, from 9am until 12pm.
