Governor Kemp issues statewide Shelter-in-Place Order
On Thursday, April 2, Governor Brian Kemp signed the Executive Order to Ensure a Safe & Healthy Georgia establishing shelter-in-place and travel restrictions for residents and visitors across the state. The executive order, effective Friday, April 3, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and expiring at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2020, supersedes and suspends all previous county and city orders related to COVID-19. The City of Lilburn cannot offer interpretation of the Governor’s Order. Any business or employees that seek clarity as to essential or non-essential status, please contact the Georgia Department of Economic Development.
