City Approves amendments to the standards of the small cell facilities ordinance.

The City of Lilburn reviewed and approved Ordinance 2021-564, amending Chapter 58, Article IV Utilities, Division 2. Small Cell Wireless Facilities acknowledge zoning areas such as Overlay Districts and add reasonable aesthetic standards of Small Cell Wireless Facilities authorized by O.C.G.A 32-4-92(a)(10)/32-4-42(6). Vote: 3-0.

City authorizes city staff to perform billing and collection of service for ad valorem property taxes.

The Lilburn Council voted to authorize city staff to perform billing and collection services for ad valorem property taxes, streetlights, and solid waste fees. Vote: 3-0.
