City offices will open at noon Thursday

City of Lilburn offices will reopen at 12 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18. 

Police Chief Bruce Hedley advises residents to stay off the roads due to icy conditions. 

"I still recommend that people stay home until tomorrow afternoon," Chief Hedley said. "We are seeing accidents today that could have been otherwise avoided." 

City Hall was closed Wednesday, and all public meetings were canceled.
