City to hold two elections on Nov. 5

The City of Lilburn will be conducting a general municipal election and a special election on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. The elections will be held at Lilburn City Hall, 340 Main Street, Lilburn, GA 30047 from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. For more information about the elections, click here.

Veterans to be honored

Join the City of Lilburn as we honor local veterans on Tuesday, November 12 at Lilburn City Hall. The program will be held during the November Lilburn City Council Meeting which takes place on the second floor of city hall at 7:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Volunteers needed for cleanup

Join the City of Lilburn and the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources for the Bryson Park Cleanup on Jackson Creek event on Saturday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Click here for more details and to learn how to register to volunteer at this event.

Lilburn Tree Lighting

Join the City of Lilburn on Saturday, November 23 for the lighting of the 25+ ft. tree at Lilburn City Hall-Library! The event starts at 6 p.m. and includes live entertainment, activities, holiday characters, and more. New for 2019, guests will have an opportunity to have their picture taken inside a life-sized snow globe! Click here for more tree lighting event details.

Join the Lilburn Christmas Parade

Applications are currently being accepted for the Lilburn Christmas Parade, taking place on Saturday, December 7. The city is honored to have 2018 Gwinnett County Public Schools Teacher of the Year, Heidi Campbell serving as parade Grand Marshal. Click here to learn more about this annual tradition!

City administrative offices closed November 11, 28 and 29

City of Lilburn administrative offices will be closed on November 11 for Veterans Day and November 28 and 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday. 
Advanced Disposal will not collect on Thanksgiving Day. If your regular service day is Thursday or Friday, your service will be delayed one day that week. For more information regarding garbage and recycling collection, click here.
