Planning Commission Hearing This Thursday
The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, August 28, to hear the case of RZ-2025-01, a rezoning of 9.44 acres from R1(Low-Density Residential) to MU(Mixed Use) for the development of condominiums and a commercial center on Arcado Rd. Due to a clerical error with the date featured in the legal advertisement, planning staff will be requesting that the case be tabled until the September 25th regularly scheduled Planning Commission Hearing.
The public will be able to speak into the case at the September 25th regularly scheduled hearing. Staff will be sending out new letters and re-running the legal advertisement in the Gwinnett Daily Post to ensure that corrected dates are provided and widely circulated. Application materials are available on the city's website under the Planning Commission Agenda for August 28 or at City Hall.
