Board & Commission Meetings During the Holiday Season

The holiday season often impacts the city’s regularly scheduled public hearings for the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. The Planning Commission typically meets on the fourth Thursday of each month—dates that frequently coincide with Thanksgiving and Christmas. Likewise, Zoning Board of Appeals meetings, held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, may be affected by holiday schedules and member availability.

To ensure business continues as needed, the city may call a Special Called Hearing when a regular meeting falls on a holiday or if a quorum cannot be achieved due to holiday conflicts. Any schedule adjustments will be announced in advance through the city’s usual communication channels. Please stay tuned for updates to remain informed about upcoming public hearings during the holidays.

It's Renewal Season for Business Owners!
