[ARCHIVED] Downtown Master Concept Plan: What Happens Next?

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Downtown Master Plan Charrette. If you were unable to attend—or would like to revisit the discussions—you can view the presentations from both Monday’s kickoff meeting and Friday’s closing presentation by clicking the links below. These provide an overview of the ideas and feedback shared throughout the week as we begin shaping a long-range vision for Old Town Lilburn.

At the March 9 City Council meeting, the Mayor and Council will consider adoption of the Downtown Master Concept Plan. Adoption does not mean that every recommendation will ultimately be feasible or implemented. Rather, it allows the Council to review the ideas and consider which may move forward. Many of the concepts would be evaluated through the City’s five-year Capital Improvement Plan.
