Recap From May 5th's Special Called Work Session

Last Monday evening, the Mayor and Council met to review the recently adopted Goals and Priorities outlined in a formal resolution. The discussion focused on how these future goals align with the City of Lilburn’s current and projected budgets.

Did You Know...

Residents of Suwanee, Norcross, and Duluth pay 43 – 108% higher property taxes than residents of Lilburn for the same city services? Lilburn’s millage rate of 4.430 mills is very low, and an increase is necessary to achieve the stated goals and priorities of the Mayor and Council.

5/13 Food Truck Tuesday

Comp Plan Steering Committee Meets This Week

The first steering committee meeting to discuss updates to the 2024 Comprehensive Plan will take place this week.

Cornhole League Update

The spring cornhole league ends this week, but there is still time to sign up for the summer league at Lilburn City Park. The deadline is May 19th. Register for Summer Cornhole League

Rock the Park VIP Tables On Sale Now!

VIP table sales for Rock the Park on June 7th opened on Friday. There are only 10 tables available, so if you're interested in purchasing one you may want to hurry! Tables will be located at the front of the bandshell on the park lawn, and each purchase includes a 60" round table seated for 8 with a table cloth, a Lilburn swag bag, a group photo, and up to 2 reserved parking spaces in the Railroad Avenue parking lot at Lilburn City Park. Construction Update on the Bryson/Hood Road Re-alignment Project

In the coming weeks, the Bryson Park monument sign will be relocated to accommodate ongoing work on the roadway realignment project.
