CARES Act Reimbursement Approved

The City of Lilburn approved the CARES Act IGA on October 14, 2020, then ratified by Council on November 9, 2020. Mayor and Council approved the application of the CARES Act refund to actual expenses, increase unreserved fund balance, authorize the acceptance of reallocated CARES Act funds, and increase the Capital Project Fund budget by $160,654.64. Vote: 4-0.

CDBG Wynne Russell/W.Johns Bid Awarded

The City opened bids on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, to construct sidewalks on Wynne-Russell Drive and W. Johns Road, with 11 respondents. The Mayor and Council approved the contract to be awarded to DAF Concrete, Inc. of $253,645.75. Vote: 4-0.

Intergovernmental Agreement for TAD No. 2

The Mayor and Council approved the intergovernmental agreement between Gwinnett County and the City of Lilburn regarding the Tax Allocation District (TAD) No. 2, Lilburn Main Street and Old Town District with associated policies and appointments. Vote: 4-0.
