4. Local resident Sonny Franks has painted a mural on the park pavilion. It’s entitled,  “Why,” and includes this Mark Twain quote: "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why." On the mural, a QR code directs you to this form, where we invite you to answer the question, "Why?" in your own words. Responses will be considered for possible inclusion on the city's social channels.
