Overview & Responsibilities
The Events Office creates vibrant, inclusive community events that bring residents and visitors together throughout the year. From our lively summer concert series to magical winter holiday celebrations, each event is designed to foster connection, pride, and a strong sense of place. Our largest annual event, the Independence Day celebration in July, draws thousands for a memorable day of music, food, and fireworks. Other signature events, like Monsters and Movies on Main, offer fun for all ages and strengthen neighborhood ties. By encouraging residents to come together in shared experiences, the Events Office plays a key role in building a more engaged, connected, and welcoming community.
