The Lilburn Downtown Development Authority (DDA) purchased five parcels at the southwest corner of the intersection of First Avenue and Main Street over a 10-year period. The total assemblage includes 2.61 acres of vacant property that is ripe for development. The DDA is planning a mixed use development on the property with retail fronting Main Street with residential along Velva Way. A letter of intent to partner in site development has been signed with Vision Home Crafters. The latest conceptual rendering of the proposed mixed-use development is provided below.
