Agenda Item 2 - Quitclaim deed – 7.6 +/- acres from City of Lilburn to Lilburn Downtown Development Authority
Prior to the closing of the 7.6 acres, the City must quitclaim the previous street and associated ROW to the DDA.
This property is to close on or before March 31, 2020.
Staff Recommends the following: "Motion to approve: quitclaim deed of property and rights-of-way contained within a 7.6+/- acre tract along Main Street and Hwy. 29 from the City of Lilburn to the Lilburn Downtown Development Authority as contained in “Exhibit A”. Further, authorize Mayor to execute deed on behalf of the City of Lilburn."
